How to use filters to look for suppliers

You are able to search for suppliers using the following options:



Country: By clicking on the drop-down arrow, you are able to select the country in which your supplier is based.

Supplier: This field allows you to filter your suppliers based on their name.

City:
This field allows you to filter your suppliers by typing the name of the city in which they are located.

Services:
This field allows you to filter your suppliers by the type of service loaded.

Accommodation Rating: This field allows you to filter your suppliers by the star rating of the accommodation.

Room Quantity:
This field allows you to filter your suppliers by entering the minimum number of rooms required.

Room Type:
This fields allows you to filter your suppliers by the different room types offered.

Priority:
This field allows you to filter your suppliers by the priority type in which your company has preferential relationship:
Primary – Suppliers with whom the company has the best commission structure and/or relationship.
Secondary – Suppliers with whom the company has an adequate commission structure and/or relationship.
Tertiary – Suppliers with whom the company has an insufficient commission structure and/or relationship.
On Request – suppliers with whom the company is still in negotiation of a commission structure and building a relationship.

Holding group: This field allows you to filter your suppliers by the consortium or group in which the desired supplier belongs. This also gives an indication of all the property/service groups whom the company represents.

Location: This field allows you to filter your suppliers by typing the name of the location in which they are located. This would be different from the “City” search. A good example would be: “City” = Cape Town / “Location” = Camps Bay.
