How to quote “Per Service” and “Per Person” costs
When
a service is loaded on Nextour, it is either priced as a “per person” cost or a
“per service” cost ("per person" costs can also be called "fixed
costs" and "per service" costs can also be called "variable
costs").
Examples of "per person / fixed costs" are:
- Accommodation
- Portage
- Restaurants (menus)
- Excursions
- Entrance fees
- Individual transfers
- Etc
Examples of "per service/ variable
costs" are:
- Guide / Driver / Tour Leader
- Guide / Driver / Tour Leader services (ie: cellphone allowance, meals,
accommodation, flight etc.)
- Coach/Bus
- Group transfers
- Etc.
In Nextour, "per person / fixed costs" the charging policy appear as

Here the service can be manually changed to “per person” or “per service”
should the need arise.
