How to view rates

Select the « Suppliers icon »

Select « Database »

In the database, use the filters for researching suppliers.

Once you have found the desired supplier, to check rates, click on the “Edit service”  function to access rates and details:

 

 

 

The "Rates" page will automatically be opened by default:

 

 


Contract: this information shows the validity period of the rates shown as per rates featured. By selecting the drop down arrow, one will be able to select the correct contract.

 

To access the actual / physical contract drawn between the supplier and the company, click on the 3 lined dots next to the contract validity:

 

 


A window will appear letting one choose the correct contract - select the "Attachments" button to open the contract in Outlook:

 

 


Room types: Indicates the different room types or services offered by the supplier; the room capacity, brief inclusions & exclusions details:

 

 


Rates: Once a room type/service selected, below will appear the rates for that selected room/service.

The rates will appear as a "per person per night" rate under each pax number.

Rates under "Villa/Apt Rate" are quoted "per room" and not per person

Child rate and policy is also featured

 



*Note: An accommodation or service can offer numerous seasons / validity dates. The above shows one validity date from 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2020 - all year based.

 

In the example above, the rates are read as follow:

1 pax - Single rate = ZAR 3,750.00

2 pax - Double rate = ZAR 2,500.00 per person sharing per night
