How to import versions
If
you would like to import a version from another quotation, make sure you copy
the QTO number in advance and copy the last 5 digits of the quote:
QTO.2019.000000052
From within your quotation, under the “General Information” Tab, click on “Import”:
A window will appear requesting the QTO number you would like to import the version from:
- Insert the QTO number and select “Search”
- The QTO version(s) will appear in the below window
- Select the correct version you would like to import
- Click on “Import”
The chosen version will automatically appear in your quotation under the “General Information” Tab. The leg(s) of the imported version will also reflect under the “Legs & PAX bases”.
PLEASE NOTE: Always update the rates according to the period you are quoting; you can do so by clicking on “Check rates changes” and update your rates accordingly on your leg.
