How to import legs

If you would like to import a leg from another quotation, make sure you copy the QTO number in advance and copy the last 5 digits of the quote:
QTO.2019.000000052

From within your quotation, under the “Legs & PAX bases” Tab, click on “Import a leg from another quote”:




A window will appear requesting the QTO number you would like to import the leg from:
- Insert the QTO number and select “Search”
- The different legs will appear in the below window
- Select the correct leg you would like to import
- Click on “Import”



The leg will appear under the “Leg & PAX bases”:



PLEASE NOTE: Always update the rates according to the period you are quoting; you can do so by clicking on “Check rates changes” and update your rates accordingly on your leg.
