Adding a service with no cost serves two purposes:
1- A description (eg: Clients eating at their own expense).
2- A service where the cost is not covered by the company but must be included on the itinerary.

Option 1: In order to add a service into your quote for description purposes, in the required block, click the “Add Service” button:



From here, a new window will open. Select the type of service you would like to add to your quotation and then click on the 3 coloured dots. Choose an option, or add your own new one. click “Select”.





This will now show on the program detail as a zero rate:



Option 2: In order to add a service into your quote where the cost is not covered by the company but must be included on the itinerary, in the required block, click the “Add Service” button. Select the required service and then click “Add”. Don type anything into either of the blocks.

The Suppliers Database will open and instead of selecting a supplier and service, click the “Cancel” button in order to not choose a supplier.

A blank rate sheet will open. Select the “From” and “To” destinations as necessary:



By selecting the “Documentations / Operations” Tab at the bottom of the screen, you are able to include more information as necessary:



This will now show on the program detail as a zero rate:
