Booking Tabs Explained
In addition to the Tabs in the quote section,
the booking section also contains the following Tabs:
Participants: This Tab allows you to insert the traveller’s details (ie: names, DOB, passport details, etc), compile rooming lists and export a passenger list.
Vouchers: This Tab allows you to create travel vouchers.
Invoices: This Tab allows you to create client invoices and credit notes.
Suppliers Invoices: This Tab allows you to view the costs of services per supplier which is important when comparing the supplier’s actual invoice to the costs loaded in Nextour.
